What Does a “Matching Flight” Mean?

To qualify for a price adjustment, the alternative offer must exactly match the flight you booked with MYHOLIDAYPAL, including:

• Airline name
• Flight number
• Departure and return dates and times
• Number of passengers
• Travel class or seat type

All details must be identical for the fare to be considered eligible.

Availability Criteria

The lower-priced fare must:

• Be publicly available at the time you contact us
• Be bookable on a major online travel platform
• Remain visible and verifiable by our support team during the validation process

If the fare cannot be confirmed by our team, it may not qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Price Adjustment

If you’ve found a qualifying lower fare:

1. Contact us at support@MyHolidayPal.com or call 1-631-551-6341
2. Provide your MYHOLIDAYPAL booking reference
3. Share the full details of the cheaper fare, including:
   • Airline and flight info
   • Dates, times, and number of travelers
   • Cabin class
   • A direct link or screenshot showing the fare and availability

Our customer service team will verify the information. If approved, we’ll process a refund for the price difference, or you can choose to keep your original fare.

What’s Not Included?

Some fares are not eligible for our Price Assurance Commitment, such as:

• Special discounts (e.g., military, student, or government rates)
• Group or tour operator bookings
• Vacation or package deals
• Mistaken or incorrectly listed fares
